Christian Tinder

Christian joined the Wilmington community in 2017 with his wife Paola, their son Jacob, and their fur baby Ruby. After falling in love with the Cape Fear area during a visit years earlier, their move was the perfect way to embrace coastal living and leave harsh northern winters behind.

Christian’s passion for real estate started at an early age, when he would tag along to open houses with his parents and eagerly browse Sunday listings. That lifelong interest grew into a career dedicated to helping people find their first, next, or forever home.

As a Broker with Intracoastal Realty, Christian has earned the firm’s exclusive Institute Graduate Certification, which recognizes advanced training in technology, finance, new home construction, relocation, marketing, and communication.
